About Our Olive Oil
Pleasant Valley Farms is a 26-acre ranch located in the picturesque coastal region of Aptos, California. Our mild climate with warm summers and cool winters offer the perfect growing conditions to produce our delicious, award-winning olive grove. Our four acre olive orchard includes over 385 trees and is comprised of five Tuscan varietals including Frantoio, Leccino, Casaliva, Taggiasca, and Pendolino. With great care and pride, our family
operates the entire farm and oversees the production of our exceptional extra virgin olive oil. We strive to produce the highest quality California olive oil. Because of our size, we harvest, mill, bottle, and label everything ourselves – this hands-on approach ensures the freshest olive oil possible. We lovingly strive to craft an excellent olive oil that expresses our passion for creating one of the best possible extra virgin olive oils available.
